1. Service Overview

BizClearAI provides an AI-Powered Business Consultant platform for users and businesses to ask business-related questions and receive generated answers and insights ("Output"). The Service relies on proprietary and third-party large language models (LLMs).

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Subscription, Pricing, and Payment Terms

Pricing Plans: We offer a Free Pricing Plan and three (3) different paid monthly subscription packages with varying features and request limits.

Free Plan: Users on the Free Plan receive 7 free requests per month and have limited access to other features.

Paid Plans: Paid plans offer increased requests and access to premium features.

Billing and Auto-Renewal (Paid Plans):

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and will automatically renew for subsequent monthly periods.
By purchasing a paid subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your designated payment method at the beginning of each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate.
Users may be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their subscription.

Subscription Upgrades:

Users may upgrade their BizClearAI subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
When an upgrade occurs mid-cycle, payment is automatically prorated based on the time remaining in their current billing period.
The user's request quota is immediately increased to match their new plan’s total limit.
Any requests a user has already used under their previous plan are deducted from their new increased limit for this month.
The user's full quota resets to their new plan’s monthly total at their next billing date.

This ensures a smooth transition between plans while maintaining fair use and consistent billing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your then-current paid monthly period, and you will retain access to the Service until that time.

No Refunds Policy: ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You acknowledge and agree that BizClearAI is under no obligation to provide refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to, satisfaction, dissatisfaction, or cancellation of your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any local, state, national, or international law.

Use the Output for the purpose of creating a competitive product or service, or to reverse-engineer the underlying LLMs.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts) to access the Service in a manner that exceeds your paid or free usage limits or places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property and Content

Your Input: You retain all ownership rights in the queries, questions, or data you input into the Service ("Input"). You grant BizClearAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your Input to provide and improve the Service. We will use your Input and Output to improve the quality of our Service, but we will not use it to train external, third-party Large Language Models (LLMs).

AI Output: We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Output generated for you by the Service for your internal business purposes. You must acknowledge that the Output is generated by an AI and may not be unique or error-free.

Service IP: All intellectual property rights in the Service itself (including the website, code, logos, and proprietary AI systems) are owned by or licensed to BizClearAI.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI Accuracy Disclaimer:

The Service is provided by artificial intelligence and machine learning technology. The Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, incomplete information, or content that is not suitable for your specific needs ("Hallucinations"). You must independently verify all Output before relying on it for critical business decisions. BizClearAI makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output.
